To commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India and to honour and acknowledge the contribution of the drafting committee of the Constituent Assembly under the chairmanship of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, 26th November is celebrated as Constitution Day (Samvidhan Divas), every year since 2015. It is also an occasion to reaffirm the constitutional ideals and principles.
India celebrated the 75th year of adoption of the Constitution on 26.11.2024 and as part of the celebration for a period of one year, KENNEDY HIGH the global school conducted a debate and discussion on the topic, “Why we should follow the constitution which was made 75 years ago”, on 18 December 2024. A total of 1090 students from class VI-X enthusiastically discussed many points on the importance and relevance of Constitution in today’s world.
