To raise awareness about the importance of nutrition and to promote health and Wellness, KENNEDY HIGH the global school celebrated Poshan Pakhwada till 17 April 2025.

A plethora of activities and competitions were conducted in the school.

• Students of class II, III & IV took active part in interactive sessions conducted by their EVS and Science teachers in the class. They also watched educational videos related to the theme.

• Students of class V and class IX participated in a quiz competition and while students of Class VII were a part of essay competition, students of class VIII took part in a poster making competition.

• Class VI students engaged in talking about hygiene and how to avoid food contamination.

• Senior students of class X discussed the effects of malnutrition and childhood obesity. They also talked about the raids being conducted in Hyderabad on food joints by authorities in food joints and how effective such measures are.

A total of 1355 students participated in this event. Overall, it was an interesting and informative fortnight in the school which motivated the students to become more aware of their health
