The Government of India has declared November 15th, the Birth Anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, who had played a significant role in India's Independence, as the “Janajatiya Gaurav Diwas”. The day seeks to make the coming generations aware of the sacrifices made by tribal freedom fighters in the independence movement of India.

KENNEDY HIGH the global school conducted a group discussion on “Tana Bhagat Movement 1914-1920”, highlighting the role of tribals in Chotanagpur against the British government in Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal regions.

A total of 992 students from class VI-X participated in this event conducted on 11September 2025.
