To commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India and to honour and acknowledge the contribution of the drafting committee of the Constituent Assembly under the chairmanship of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, 26 November is celebrated as Constitution Day (Samvidhan Divas), every year since 2015. It is also an occasion to reaffirm the constitutional ideals and principles.
India celebrated the 75th year of adoption of the Constitution on 26.11.2024 and as part of the celebration for a period of one year, KENNEDY HIGH the global school conducted a Group discussion on the topic, “Why our Constitution makers decided to make India a Federal country?”, on 11th September 2025.
A total of 994 students from class VI-X enthusiastically shared many points on the importance and relevance of the Constitution of India being rigid and flexible.
