As part of the annual run-up to the 9th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha, the period from 12 January (Swami Vivekananda Jayanti as National Youth Day) to 23 January, 2026 (Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Jayanti as Parakram Diwas) was observed at KENNEDY HIGH the global school, Hyderabad, through the following activities-
• Swadeshi Sankalp Daud – 410 students from class VI & VII along with 17 teachers, walked 2 Kms for self-reliance. (#SwadeshiPPC)
• Swadeshi Sankalp (Pledge)- 436 students from classes VI-XII, along with 32 teachers took the pledge, administered by the Academic Director & Sr. Principal, Ms. Rajyalaxmi Bhat.
• Vande Mataram – The Mantra of Freedom (#VandeMataramPPC) - The National song was sung by 2219 students and 155 teachers participated in this mass singing, led by the school choir and Academic Director & Sr. Principal, Ms. Rajyalaxmi Bhat.
• Indigenous Games Sessions (#BharatiyaGamesPPC) - students of class V played kho-kho and kabaddi, supervised and guided by 15 PETs.
• Nukkad Natak on Exam & Life Skills (#ExamWarriorPPC) - 213 students from class VIII were a part of this session, guided by 7 teachers.
• Short Videos & Student Testimonials (#LetsTalkPPC) - Senior students from X-XII recorded their testimonials in the form of short videos.
• Yoga-cum-Meditation Sessions (#YogaForPPC) - 60 students from class VI and 8 teachers took part in this session.
• Poetry and Songs by Students (#TellTalesPPC) - 113 students from class IV-VIII sang different patriotic songs in Telugu and Hindi, under the guidance of the music teachers.
• Poster Making Activities (#MyPPC) - 398 students from class IV & V did an art integrated activity on positive affirmations under the supervision of 6 teachers.
• Quiz on #OpSindoor-412 students from class VII & VIII participated in this quiz and discussion, conducted by 5 teachers.
To conclude, these sessions were very informative, interactive and inspired the students to support the concepts of Atmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat while contributing to nation building activities.
