MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING PROGRAM FOR STAKEHOLDERS -2026

On 28 February 2026, a well-being interaction session on grooming and well-being was conducted for support staff and helpers to reinforce their value within the school community and strengthen their emotional well-being. This program for stakeholders was facilitated by the school Counsellor in collaboration with the Incharge, under the guidance of the Pedagogical Leader, the Academic Director & Senior Principal, Ms. Rajyalaxmi Bhat.

The session focused on preventive mental health, self-care practices, healthy eating habits, personal hygiene, and overall self-care, as essential parts of daily life. Emphasis was placed on mindfulness, respectful communication, teamwork, and collaboration to promote a positive and supportive work environment. Participants were guided on managing role-related pressures through self-check, eating right, and supporting one another. The session concluded with recognition of their efforts and productive contributions to the school system.
