A FUN FIELD DAY

The students of CBSE Primary wing were taken for field trip to “Agrifarm”, located in Patancheru in the month of January. It was an every enthralling experience for the students as they explored various tools related to farming. Many techniques of farming were also demonstrated to them. It was a sensory treat for the students as they played with the various farm animals like ducks, hens, rabbits, geese etc. They had a first-hand experience in pottery as they tried making beautiful pots and carried them back home as a souvenir. The students observed the various vegetation techniques used for growing vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, greenchillie, Tapioca, Bottle guard, Fenugreek, Coriander etc. They were demonstrated the technique of “Milk Curdling” and how panner is made from milk. The trip served the dual purposes of being educational and fun at the same time.
