Teachers’ Day is celebrated on 5th September in India every year to mark the birth anniversary of India’s second President Dr. Sarvepalli Radha Krishnan. It is a day to remember and acknowledge the significant role of teachers in shaping students’ lives and careers. Our students also came forward to show their love and affection towards their teachers’ on this special occasion, albeit on a virtual platform.
They celebrated Teachers’ Day with great pomp and gaiety on 5 September 2020 to honour their teachers. Nothing is more rewarding for teachers than to be at the receiving end of such wonderful emotions of love and respect. Handmade cards depicting gratitude, Power Point Presentations and appreciation messages from students made the teachers hearts swell with pride and affection.
Later, the students presented a cultural show (Guruvandanam) to entertain their teachers. Certainly a memory to cherish for all!
