On 16 February 2024, class XI Students organized a farewell party for class XII students. There was palpable excitement in the air as the Senior students trooped in, escorted by their juniors. The students were all dressed to the nines and the camaraderie they shared was proof of the close bonds they had forged in their time in the school.
Chairman Sri S Jamala Reddy and Principal Mrs. Rajyalaxmi Bhat graced the occasion. The event started with a prayer song. Then, Chairman Sri. S. Jamala Reddy blessed the class XII students and wished them best of luck for their forthcoming Board Examinations. He expressed his confidence and belief in the students and encouraged them to work hard to excel in the board examination. Principal Mrs. Rajyalaxmi Bhat also wished the students of class XII good luck and asked them not to lose focus. She added that as they climbed the ladder of success in life, they should not forget to give back to society.
The Sports captain from Class XI spoke about the impact the seniors had on the juniors and what they had learnt from them. The Head Girl from Class XII and a few others addressed their peers and shared funny as well as emotional anecdotes about their two years as senior students. They also expressed deep gratitude towards their teachers and the school management, for taking care of their holistic development. The programme ended with a cultural programme put up by the students of class XI and XII. Nostalgia ruled the day as the seniors stood on the threshold of leaving their beloved school, bringing an end to their school life.
