Students of class VI to VIII were given a brief training on financial literacy during their club activity period to make them aware of financial savings and ensuring that money is not spent on untoward luxuries. Students were made aware on ways to limit expenditure on unwanted things like buying junk from malls or on unnecessary luxury items and on online orders, thereby teaching them to be financially cautious. They were also engaged in a poster making activity on “Save money.”
