On 14 August 2024, the students of KENNEDY HIGH observed ‘Partition Horrors Remembrance Day’, as per CBSE directives.
Students from class VI-X watched a digital exhibition on ‘Partition Horrors Remembrance Day’, jointly curated by the Indian Council of Historical Research (ICHR) and the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA).
Using the script of the play curated by National School of Drama (NSD), students from class IX-X, enacted the heart- breaking play bringing to light the agony, suffering and pain of millions of sufferers of partition.
Senior students held class debates and discussions with their teachers and peers commemorating the victims and sufferings of people during the 1947 partition of India which impacted millions of lives adversely.
