ENTREPRENEURSHIP CLUB ACTIVITY

Entrepreneurship club was initiated during this academic year 2024-25 for classes VI-VIII, in the month of June, with the aim to give students ideas on how to adapt to new- ideas to promote or establish an enterprise.
Firstly, students were introduced to the word Entrepreneur which is derived from the French word ‘Entreprendre’ and which means someone who undertakes.
The program for the club activity began by inducting the students with a PowerPoint Presentation about the role of an Entrepreneur, in today’s fast -moving commercial world.
Several examples of enterprising Entrepreneurs were shown in the PPT which helped students choose their icon.
Students, during the phase of the activity presented and learnt about:
· Advertisement Campaign
· Promoting a Start -Up
· Branding and Creating Logos
· Designing & Developing a marketing strategy
· Pitching an USP (Unique Selling Proposition)
These activities helped students realise their potential and bolstered their confidence to explore something new and productive. It enabled them to become more aware and commercially savvy. It also taught the learners how to adapt to different situations, think critically, be solution oriented, embrace change, and turn challenges into opportunities.
