CELEBRATING NATIONAL SPACE DAY TO COMMEMORATE THE LANDING OF CHANDRAYAAN -3

As India celebrated its maiden National Space Day on August 23, 2024 with the theme "Touching Lives while Touching the Moon: India's Space Saga," KENNEDY HIGH the global school also joined in by engaging the students in different activities.
Grade-specific modules on Chandrayaan were shown to all the students present on 23 August 2024. The modules were well received by the students and teachers could engage the students in meaningful discussions in the class. The students were excited and remembered watching the telecast of the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3, filling their hearts with pride for the nation’s achievement.
Quiz and painting competitions were organized for students based on the given theme.
A circular was also shared with the parents requesting them to assist their wards visit Bharat on the Moon portal website and participate in various activities therein.
All in all, it was an informative and interesting celebration, highlighting the significant impact of space exploration on society and technology.
