A two-day Career Counselling and Guidance workshop was conducted for teachers at KENNEDY HIGH the global school on the 21 and 22 April 2025. The session was led by CBSE certified resource persons, Dr S. Shankara Chary and Ms. Iffat Ibrahim.
The workshop aimed to empower educators with the knowledge, tools, and techniques required to support students in making informed career decisions. The workshop highlighted understanding the skills and interests of students, changing career landscapes, and was interspersed with interactive activities like role play, ppt presentation and other group activities.
Overall, the Career Counselling was a valuable professional development initiative and was enriching for the teachers. It successfully equipped teachers with essential knowledge and skills to act as informed mentors for their students' career journeys.
