The inter-house KHGS MUN held on 3 November 2025 was a remarkable platform for students to experience the spirit of diplomacy, leadership, and global citizenship. The conference brought together bright young minds who stepped into the shoes of world leaders and policymakers to deliberate on some of the most pressing global and national issues.
Academic Director and Sr. Principal Ms. Rajyalaxmi Bhat inaugurated the KHGS MUN 2024. Secretary General Miss P. Nivesha Reddy,Director General, Master V.S.Rishi, Organising Committee Head Master Heet Limbani, International Press Head, Master Vednivas and all other USGs and delegates participated in the MUN.
This year’s MUN featured four prestigious committees- UNHRC, UNGA, UNSC, and Lok Sabha, each fostering thoughtful debate, collaboration, and the art of negotiation. Students from classes IX to XII, CBSE and from grades 9 & 10, Cambridge International Education) participated in the KHGS Inter-house MUN 2025.
The UNHRC committee debated on the role of technology and AI in protecting or violating human rights. The UNGA members talked about balancing economic growth with environmental stability. The UNSC committee addressed the rise of cyber warfare and its implications for cyber security. The Lok Sabha members addressed the rising unemployment among youth and graduates.
MUN 2025 successfully instilled in students the values of critical thinking, leadership, and teamwork. It not only enhanced their understanding of world affairs but also inspired them to become responsible global citizens ready to shape a better tomorrow.
