The 77th Republic Day was celebrated in the school on 26 January 2026, with patriotic ardor and solemn pride. The entire campus was beautifully adorned in the vibrant hues of the tricolour, creating a festive atmosphere. Students, teachers, and staff assembled to commemorate this historic day that marks the adoption of the Indian Constitution.
The celebration commenced with the ceremonial unfurling of the National Flag by President, Sri B. Subba Reddy, accompanied by the Managing Director, Commander Sri N. Krupakar Reddy, and the Academic Director & Sr Principal, Ms. Rajyalaxmi Bhat. This was followed by singing of the National Anthem.
The students from the four houses marched to a rhythmic beat, holding their house flags high with a smile on their young faces. This was followed by the school’s security contingent presenting an impressive and disciplined march past, showcasing precision, coordination, and commitment.
The President, the Managing Director, and the Academic Director & Sr Principal shared impactful words with the students. Their speeches emphasized the significance of Republic Day, the importance of upholding constitutional values, and the responsibilities of young citizens in shaping the future of the nation.
The cultural performances were the highlight of the celebration, where students and teachers expressed their patriotism through soulful patriotic songs, energetic dances, and powerful speeches. The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by a student of Class VIII from the CBSE wing, expressing gratitude to the management, teachers, participants, and organizers for making the celebration a grand success.
