NATIONAL SCIENCE DAY-CELEBRATING THE BRILLIANCE OF INDIAN WOMEN IN SCIENCE -2026

National Science Day celebrations took a powerful turn on 28 February 2026, as the students moved beyond textbooks to witness the real-world impact of India's pioneering women scientists. To honor the discovery of the Raman Effect, a special short video highlighting the extraordinary contributions of women who have shaped—and are currently leading—the scientific landscape of our nation, was screened.

The primary goal of this screening was to challenge stereotypes and provide the students of KENNEDY HIGH with relatable role models. By seeing these faces and hearing their stories, the young learners—especially the girls in the audience—were reminded that their questions, their logic, and their dreams have a vital place in the laboratory.

In conclusion, the message was conveyed that science is most effective when it is inclusive.
