On 10 June 2026, the Academic Director & Sr. Principal, Ms. Rajyalaxmi Bhat, a certified CBSE Resource person, conducted a workshop on, “Values Education and its significance” and CBSE Parenting calendar.

Her discussions focused on the need for Values in modern society vis-a-vis the concerns of today’s world like increased crime and violence, excessive use of social media, misuse of technology and moral crisis. The objectives of Values education were also highlighted along with on how to inculcate them in young children for character building, reinforcing positive behaviour, cooperation and tolerance. The positive affirmations, short videos and quotes shared by Ms. Rajyalaxmi made the session lively and effective.

In the second half, the Parenting calendar shared by CBSE was also analysed, gaps identified and a plan of action was devised to address the gaps in the current academic year.
