As part of the Kargil Vijay Diwas Celebrations – 2026, Rashtrapati Nilayam organized a series of events to commemorate the bravery, courage, and supreme sacrifice of the Indian Armed Forces during the Kargil War. The celebrations aimed to inspire young minds with the values of patriotism, dedication, and service to the nation.

Various inter-school competitions, including Painting, Elocution, Group Singing, Group Dance, and Rangoli, were conducted as part of the celebrations. The Painting Competition, held on 21 July 2026, witnessed enthusiastic participation from 50 schools showcasing their artistic talents.

Chandrika Dronamraju of Class IX-I made the school proud by securing the consolation Prize in the school Category (Classes VIII–X) for her painting based on the theme "The Guards of Our Nation."

The prize distribution ceremony was held on 29 July 2026 at Rashtrapati Nilayam, Secunderabad, where Chandrika received a memento and certificate from Major General G. Srinivas VSM in recognition of her commendable achievement.
