MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING SESSION FOR STUDENTS - 2026-27

As part of the Mental Health and Well-being program, students of Classes I-V/Grades 1 to 5, watched an informative video highlighting the importance of mental health, overall well-being and different ways to take care of self, in the month of July 2026.

Following the video, a meaningful discussion was initiated by the teachers on the importance of mental health, well-being, and socio-emotional development. Students actively participated in the discussion by sharing how daily practices such as yoga, meditation, healthy eating, regular physical activity, and adequate rest contribute to their overall health and emotional well-being.

They understood that well-being is an essential part of their daily routine and that adopting healthy habits consistently supports their physical, emotional, and social development while helping them lead balanced and happy lives.
