Social Empowerment through Work Education and Action (SEWA) is an initiative by CBSE for the students of classes IX to XII that aims to focus on the mental, emotional and social health of the students. The main objective of SEWA projects and activities is to direct children’s minds in constructive activities with positive outcomes via creativity and critical thinking, helping them to develop self-confidence and esteem. These projects are undertaken every year wherein all the classes concerned focus on a unique SEWA project that aligns with students' developmental stages and equips them with practical skills.
At KENNEDY HIGH the global school, students engage in SEWA projects that nurture their creative and critical thinking skills, have a positive impact on their personality and self- esteem, while encouraging a sense of community responsibility.
Through these projects, KENNEDY HIGH not only nurtures students with academic knowledge but also equips them with important life skills, preparing them to become responsible, compassionate, and proactive citizens who are ready to make meaningful contributions to society.
