Through SEL, the students explored five key components, covering essential topics such as self-esteem, strengths and weaknesses, emotional regulation, positive self-talk, self-compassion, gratitude, empathy, tolerance, inclusivity, body shaming, equality, anxiety, stress management, managing time, procrastination, delayed gratification, communication, setting boundaries, conflict management, friendship, family bonding, body language, healthy relationships, problem solving , goal setting and responsible decision-making.
To deepen their understanding, students engaged in art-integrated activities, along with literature-based learning, to creatively express and internalize these concepts. Through these classes, the school has empowered the students to develop emotional intelligence, build strong relationships, make informed decisions, and cultivate a growth mindset, ultimately enhancing their mental health, well-being, and overall success in life.
